CM2P Newsletter

Hello,

This is the 4th edition of the CM2P Newsletter. Honestly, I am living a life of Divine Interventions and Amazement. My husband, exquisite sons, the entire family and I are so happy today because there are only a few days left before I graduate! You heard me right. Finally, I will be the proud holder of the Integrated Studies Special Major (ISSM) BA degree. I have had a ball learning new skills and becoming an updated scholar.

It is important to note that my demanding school, CSU Monterey Bay (CSUMB) is an extremely high tech school with a tiny population on 1300 acres. That means students
1) have plenty of elbow room
2) get lots of one-on-one, hands on time and experience
3) work on SOA computers, peripherals and software.
All of these perks ensure that CSUMB grads can walk the walk and talk the talk before release into the wild!

I hope you attend the capstone festival on May 24, 2001. It precedes the grad ceremony and is the one opportunity for Institute graduates to demonstrate their breadth of learning in 25 minutes or less. My learning encompasses computer science tech, teledramatic arts and tech along with music and performing arts.

Therefore the subject of my capstone project is Music and Multimedia Production (M2P) focusing on my sweet Mother, Sister Deola. It shows my use of technology, video editing techniques and music production skills. Have a look by clicking on the Divas of the Gospel link.

ALSO...You are all invited to the CSUMB graduation ceremony on Saturday, May 26, 2001 at 10AM . I do hope you can be there because whether you know it or not, you are a vital part of my growth and development and have made this part of the journey do-able. Thank you for supporting our live music shows (calendar) at Severino's and in turn, providing a proper learning environment.

Is there something I left out? Oh yes, of course. As always, your feedback and suggestions are tremendous elevators. But now, I gotta git back to finishin' my course work so I can graduate! Then pursue another degree!#*? Crazy, huh? Bye.
